Jakob B. 3 years agoactually, we need less than 100,000 now.i have spent the last 8 hours trying to find media willing to cover this story and have hit a brick wall.not even NPR, Pitchfork or for that matter the Atlanta college station 88.5 will touch this story.maybe they have policies regarding promoting Facebook groups, but if nearly 1.4 million folks can pull this together with 0 media coverage, that’s newsworthy. they are intentionally cock-blocking here.I am thinking we take this further now.make a real statement.the record executives are all about the bottom line.to make a difference to them,sales have to drop.so, i say we organize an old-school boycott.anyone in?
