Knowing any foreign language requires a lot of dedication and time, but how is knowing French make him smarter than anyone else who is bilingual? He said he studied abroad in Provence and lived with a French family so it was essential that he learned to speak the language. Most of us would end up speaking a second language too if we were in that situation. So many foreign actors and actresses in the U.S. speak English fluently but no one is calling them sexy genius brainiacs. And what about the millions of people in the United States who are fluent in both Spanish and English? Or Mandarin and English? Or any combination of any two or more languages? Sorry, not impressed…But he's still hot.
