Satire? Racism? Offensive? Nah, just fucking funny.

This is the onion, it IS satire, they're satirizing the inability of Americans to compare the struggles of people from other countries to their own experiences. In essence, to accept them as something equally human to them. Take the “illegal alien” situation for example. Mexico is merely suffering from economic despair because it has, historically, had very limited natural resources and can't compete in the global market place. That is not a reflection of it's citizens. Mexico residents are hard-working, family-oriented people with a vibrant culture. Coming from Oklahoma and Texas I can tell you that the influence of Mexican culture only ever IMPROVES a community, but bigots like Lou Dobbs continue to paint the issue of “illegal immigration” as something akin to keeping the raccoons out of the garbage cans. Such blatent disregard for a person's humanity, it makes me sick.

don't really understand the 'racism' accusations, apparently none of you have seen 'the onion' before, and if you have, lighten up. get a sense of humor, we don't all have to be so p.c. all the time, geez.

People keep saying “satire”, but all I keep coming up with is “fucking racist”. I get the perspective, I just think it's lame.

Buzzfeed should not allow this kind of racist shit on it's home page. If continue to see this kind of garbage then I will discontinue my readership.
I would like to highly encourage the Buzzfeed staff to consider address this and make a policy to not publish racist content.
