It was sufficient to send a clear message that the Botox injections had to be stopped.  They'll obviously have to return her daughter to her, and she'll carry on with the pageants, without the Botox injections. It was a publicity stunt. She provoked a response and it needed to happen so that she and other moms know it is unacceptable. All one has to do is look at the results of long term botox usage to realize, this is no way to treat the girl.
