To The Others Who Don't Understand or Agree With the Occupiers:
The strongest form of patriotism is to protest the perceived of wrong doing of ones government. Businesses are treated the same as individuals. Except that when an individual files bankruptcy, they are personally affected. However, officers of a bankrupt corporation are free to turn around and open another business the following day, without any penalty. When the tax payers “bail out” businesses and those businesses choose to give their CEO's record bonuses, there is something wrong with this picture. It is not only our right, but our responsibility as American's to stand up and be heard. When we feel our normal channels of speech have been truncated, we must protest. Every decent American should be behind this movement for the betterment of this country.

I agree apandolfo86…? Because I made “too much” money in 2010, I qualify for zero student loans or grants and have to pay my entire tuition out of pocket (plus interest ) in order to go back to school. Now I am making 1/12 of the money I was making and working / going to school about 60 hours a week, just to go into debt. Show my that logic. I have worked full time at a very respectful job since I was 16. It has nothing to do with making your own opportunities. It IS impossible for some people to go back to school. Luckily I have a supportive family that can help me out, or I wouldn't be able to get further education.

If they gave out free ice cream, well, that's some fucking supporting.

this to delone or whoever the guy is under me. have you ever tried to work 40 to 50 hrs a week and write a thesis on theoretic physics? you will burn yourself out within in 5 weeks unless you get a little prescription help. And do you really think you have a chance of getting hired at a reputable company if you resume says graduated from West side community college. Things need to change and I am backing that change.

“HIGHER EDUCATION IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN W/O GOING DEEPLY INTO DEBT” It is impossible if you want to go to the big fancy school and you decide only to work 10hrs a week at your side job. You may have to go to a smaller college/school, and you may have to work some crap job 40-50hrs a week, but IT IS NOT HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE. It is very possible, you just need to be ready to make good choices and to put in a bunch of work outside the classroom.

I think I'll pick up some Ben & Jerry's today. I don't usually buy their ice cream since Ben and Jerry left, but this will motivate me to try their new flavors.
