I'm not sure what addicted to caffeine pills has to do with diabetes considering Type I Diabetes is a heritable auto immune disease, and not some addiction. With that said, can someone tell me why this was banned? While I agree it seems to be a bit over the top with the “I can't have any of this” moments, the fact is more children should be exposed to this type of illness and know that it is not the end of the world. As an adult who has Type I diabetes (Note there is a difference b/w Type I & II), I live a very normal life, and always talk with my nieces and nephews about why I have to give myself a shot before every meal. I think this episode should air as it would bring this topic to the discussion table for kids.
