I'm unsure of what his argument is. He's saying that, if we work out human-level intelligence, and it doesn't go all SkyNet, instead, electing to help us take care of children, gay marraige legislation will be the groundwork to permitting android marraige - I get that. What I don't get is why that's an argument against gay marraige lesilation.

By that I mean he thinks its wrong to marry the same “species”. I guess he thinks men is one species and women are a different species.
