According to the Wall Street Journal these are popular texting terms. How many of them do you use? I use LMIRL all the time.
I've never even heard of these o_O
I don't understand the need for PAW. It's called closing the message and/or bringing up another window.
Don't even go there? For crying out loud? Have a nice day? What did some 50-year-old suburban mom come up with this list five years ago? She forgot to add: Hey there fella (HTF), What a nice gal (WANG), Gee whiz (GW), and Don't have a cow man (DHACM).
These are ridiculous. The only one I use is ^5. But I prefer o/\o
This “cutting-edge list” makes me embarrassed to be an adult. 4COL
im 16 and never used any of these, and never will.
I've seen people say POS (parent over shoulder) and thats not in the list….hmm strange. This is sorta old though.
I just ran down this list and have never, ever seen any of these. Maybe I'm too old (i.e. over 18 years old…)..??
WSJ … Cutting edge journalism
I've never seen any of these used before. Teens don't use it. Just parents of teens trying to be cool. Sorry, it's the TRUTH.
I use none of these. But I'm going to start using ^5. I love high fives.
its sorta irrelevant now. most kids it seems get the phones with full mini-keyboards
