I’m actually from NJ, and by no means was I deeming scuffing illegal. Only a fool would pitch with a fresh ball. I was referring to the way it was scuffed, which appears to be with a knife. Curbs and pavement are always fair game.

The Adidas “massager” sandals were the least comfortable footwear I’ve ever owned.
