Hi, I’m vegan and don’t eat these things…matter of fact all three are allergen…read ‘grain damage’. I eat a fruit and vegetable based diet and seeds for the ‘milk’ and sprouts for the extra ‘protien’…It is fabulous and I am on the highest plane in my life…
Daiya cheese is vegan and amazing..their pepper jack and cheddar taste JUST LIKE the real thing … I was also a MEGA CHEESE ADDICT…but since going vegan, the sight of real melted cheese grosses me out…I think the mucus cheese created still registerd in my mind…
I am a vegan and I agree!! Read the book ‘grain damage’..best is eat fruits, veggies and a bit of seeds and nuts (as in milk) …1 head of lettuce has 8 grams of protien…amazing how much protien greens have. Same with sprouts…sprout the grains …
