Why doesn't any snow cover the road? It stays clear the entire time…

it's a good thing it hasn't been *too* cold in the charlotte, nc area because all it ever seems to do here is rain…i couldn't imagine getting that much snow here since they don't know how to handle it down here…lol. in nj, thats nothing…

I live in Canada and it's sort of amusing that so far in Toronto we've gotten almost no snow… and every time there's a huge blizzard along the east coast, we have ridiculously clear skies in Toronto. Awesome.
