I don't recognize her, but I don't follow the show THAT closely… Maybe she's a nutjob who thinks it's real? Or she's practicing? Or it's just a body double for the rehearsals or certain camera angles.

My guess: they use a doll as a replacement for the real thing before they shoot the actual scene. I can only assume strict child labor laws are the culprit.
