Tuscon, AZ—Jennifer Hartley was in disbelief last Tuesday when she came out of her local Starbucks to find a parking ticket on her 2012 Buick Encalve.
"What an asshole," she remarked, "I was in there for like five minutes." Hartley was especially upset about what she viewed as a misappropriation of municipal resources. "Don't they have anything better to do with my tax money?" She asked.
Frustrated, Hartley vowed that "next time I'll just park in the Starbucks lot."
