candeel a year agoFor some reason my mom throws a fit if I don’t add a can of Chicken and Rice soup. I don’t understand it. It doesn’t taste BAD with it, but it doesn’t really do anything other than look like the stuffing/dressing has maggots in it. I make it pretty basic. Oven-dried cubes of whatever bread I have, plus semi-stale cornbread, celery, onion, carrots, garlic (forgot it this year), turkey stock, and of course butter. Because who doesn’t want a heart attack? Then the typical seasonings. Sage…you know.

Chris Olivieri a year agoStuffing is my reason to look forward to Thanksgiving. My grandmother makes a stuffing that consists of pepperidge farm seasoned stuffing mix, with crumbled breakfast sausage, applesauce, and chicken broth and several secret ingredients. It’s $$$$$$$$$$$$. Be all, end all.
