Pussyfooting isn't particularly calling him a “pussy” but it's just the fact she had to use THAT WORD. The connotation just gives you that feeling of her actually calling him that, which she probably meant completely

Releasing the photo is an act of aggression and a call for retaliation that benefits us in no way except to silence conspiracy theorists domestically who'd probably just call it a fake anyway. Of course, when Palin hears things like this, her brain processes it as “TERRORISM BLRRRRRRRRRRRR!”

It's a good move not releasing the photo. There is nothing to be gained by doing it. The people who say they don't believe he's dead won't change their minds with a photo, it'll probably just lead to more crazy conspiracies.
