Disturbing Photos Of Egyptian Protesters Jumping From A Bridge

These harrowing images appear to show people leaping from the Sixth of October Bridge at a rally in Cairo Friday.

Gunfire broke out Friday afternoon outside the police station at Ramses Square near the Sixth of October Bridge, according to multiple sources in Cairo. People reported to be throwing themselves from the bridge in an effort to flee military police who were pushing protesters back. There are conflicting reports of who the jumpers are affiliated with. The condition of the jumpers is unknown at this time.
