Mortar Attack On Demostrators In Syria

A graphic video posted on YouTube purports to show an attack on a group of protesters in Syria on Wednesday, Feb. 6. The UN believes as many as 60,000 individuals have been killed in Syria since March 2011.

Amateur video, which could not be independently verified by BuzzFeed, shows protesters in the streets of Syria singing: “Freedom, freedom, we want freedom despite what you want Bashar. We will get our freedom.” (Translated)

Update: Video is from the Bustan al-Qasr neighborhood in Aleppo, Syria.
