Adorable, but something I’ve been wondering about for a while-why does he have to be defined by his race? Is it a play on Japanese boy with French dog? I’m not trying to make something out of nothing, but it always seems to be non-caucasian races that are mentioned. I guess in a lot of books too they don’t mention race unless it’s not caucasian. Like white unless otherwise specified. Sorry to be annoying, just has been bugging me for a while.
