you can tell he is stoned BUT the fact is if he was taking ms meds he would look worse and probably be in a lot more pain. western meds really aren't intended to help. they are intended to become a habit. more habit forming than pot. and probably more harmful

MS is a miserable disease and if pot helps, then he should be able to have access to pot anytime he wants.
