At first there's the initial, knee jerk “Oh look, THOSE kind of people” reaction, but then I just realized something sweeter.
They don't give a fuck about anyone who clicked 'ew'. They love each other as they are and that's really all that matters.

Even after spinal surgery I refused to use one of those motorized carts to grocery shop. Poor stigmatized fat people using motorized shopping carts. I understand, and I love you.

I don't understand why people are labeling this “trashy” and/or “ew”. It's no different than some skinny couple sharing a brief kiss across the table in Starbucks.
