Judge Makes Ruling On Allowing Gays Into The Military
Baby steps! A federal judge has disallowed the Pentagon’s reinstatement of its ban on allowing openly gay men and women in the U.S. military. While they are still appealing her decision, which has declared the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy unconstitutional, this is definitely a step in a positive direction.
