What I really hated was all the exclamation points.

So good for being put on catalog shelf in cake stores, or something. But not for real of course.

I applaud the talent, but this is one trend I’ve never understood. I like my cake to look and taste like cake, not some other weird savory dish that is not at all cake-like. Perhaps I am in the minority.

This is my problem with food lists on Buzzfeed: “Here’s a bunch of cakes. You can’t have any of them because this is the Internet and there’s no such thing as downloadable cake. Screw you. The end!”

They are all incredible, but #3 and #6…I had to give a second look.

Those buffalo wings are remarkable.

Call me crazy, but I like my cake to look like cake. If your eyes say “meat” and your taste buds say “cake,” it’s just creates a weird overall eating experience.
