If I were the parent of any of these kids involved, beating wouldn’t solve the problem. I would take ALL of his privileges away: TV, video games, internet, cellphone, etc.. and I would make him wear a sign around his neck (stating that he was one of the kids involved in this incident) every wear he’d go. I would make him go out with me in public, just so everyone around would stare and he would feel like the biggest asshole. That would be the biggest punishment, having others around judge and stare. He, then, would feel what it’s liked to be judged and mocked.
