#17 the term is CyberGoth, and it can be as colorful or as dark. There are lots of variants, depending on the local culture and how nit-picky people are. But generally, this look falls under Cyber. You may find folks dressed in this attire at Electronic Dance Music events, festivals, and concerts. However, nowadays you are more likely to find an underage piece of jail bait wearing nothing more than gogo-boots, leg fluffies, fishnets, a thong, and a skimpy bikini top.

Different distances from the object, but the width of the lens changes. The same effect is used in movies often during intense scenes. The first one that comes to mind is from the first Lord of the Rings movie where Frodo realizes danger is coming when on the road.  You can do effects like this by backing up and zooming in, to keep the subject the same, or by getting closer and zooming out.

I like the leftmost and the 3rd from the left. Those two look pretty cool to me! :)
