Movie renditions of musicals always spark debates. They tend to take liberties that some fans love and others hate. Personally I’m looking forward to seeing this. The only version that I have ever seen was a VHS of a concert from the 90s that I checked out at my local library. I’ve always loved the story and am a huge fan of the movie.

I genuinely feel sorry for this girl. Someday she will grow up and realize that she spent her childhood as a joke.

I used to have a pair of sparkly jelly tennis shoes in high school. They were only tolerable if I wore socks with them, but I thought they were the coolest things ever.

Here’s an idea, stop making shows that exploit stereotypes. Guess what? All southerners aren’t Honey Boo Boo. All people from Jersey aren’t Snooky. I’m from Georgia. I like to read, have a college education, and support gay marriage. I am not a stereotype and neither are my friends and family.

I like the Belle and Sebastian one. Then again, I’ve always loved that song.

Knowing certain things about that cast makes looking at that picture really uncomfortable.

None of this actually solves my real life storage problems.

Also, there’s no way that dog had a wish to be creamated and scattered in an open field. There’s no way he could even known that was an option. It’s all very sad, but stop trying to act like this dog had any idea what was going on. It just cheapens the whole thing.

I feel terriable for this poor animal. No living creature should have to go through this. But, how did he communicate that he didn’t want to be put down and that he wanted to die in someone’s home? He’s a dog. They don’t talk. I very seriously doubt that he had any idea what was going on.

Very misleading title. You should have gone with something like “A Reality TV Editor Reveals Reality Show Tricks.” There was really no discussion of which shows were real or fake.
