Parking Inspector Suffers Vicious Karate Kick to the Head by Angry Skinhead
A UK parking inspector was karate-kicked in the head as he prepared to issue a ticket, in a vicious attack that was caught on CCTV. The parking inspector was hospitalised with head and facial injuries after the attack in Leicester, England in early September, after being knocked to the ground.
