for every 100$ in food we ring in, we tip out 3$ to the bartender. so when you don’t leave a tip, we are PAYING to serve you. yah you complain that you don’t think tipping is fair, but if servers got paid more per hour, then the prices of food in restaurants would go up in order to make up for the price the corporation is paying the employee. its called grow up, and tip when you get good service. or order take out from the restaurant , same food, no tip.
