I'm not googling anything this “letter” suggests, as it starts out entirely wrong.
There are way more that 50 governors in America.
Assuming he meant just North America, that would be the 50 governors of the United States, plus all of the governors of the 22 other countries IN the North American continent, plus three territories, one of which, is the largest island in the world (and governed by Denmark) (I suppose, of course, that his next rant will include wikipedia, because of the phoenics, “wicci-pedia” …OMIGOD! They're after the children, now!)
