For Easter, there's nothing like Italian ham pie. Ham, ricotta, eggs, spinach, salami and pepperoni layered in a double crust pie. So delicious!

Malt-o-Meal has some good cereal knock-offs. The frosted flakes are pretty darn good and so much cheaper than Kelloggs. Just sayin'.

If you bake cookies, a dollar store shower curtain is great for when it's time to frost or enrobe the cookies in icing. It catches all the drips and you can just throw it away after you've finished. Made about 25 dozen for Christmas and there was no mess after frosting.
