This post is bogus.  How can the poster logically imply that one contradictory paragraph (suspiciously removed from context and lacking an authoritative author) totally undermine something that has been scientifically proven to benefit personal health, dramatically reduce deficits in national medical expense, create environmental sustainability and provide comprehensive solutions to end global hunger?  He/she can’t. This is a clear example of the failed logic and self deluding ignorance people raise like a proud flag.  Meat eaters, we understand you feel defensive about eating your meat- its cultural, its all you’ve ever known. I get it. But believe it or not, an animal based diet is complicit in destroying the planet, our ability to fight world hunger and your own body’s ability to fight disease.  It’s time we opened our eyes.
