In RGB+D’s documentary Clouds, hackers and media artists talk about the future of visualization. Filmed with a Kinect sensor and a DSLR to produce an effect that’s kind of like 3D rotoscoping (think Richard Linklater’s Waking Life, it happens to show what that future might look like, too. (Creators Project has an interview with the guys behind it, too.)
