4cats4me 8 months agoIt’s sad that this poor dog had to rot on the streets instead of being cared for. I cried looking at him and how he wasted away to nothing. I think he should have been humanely euthanized, though, instead of made to suffer longer so the humans could love him. Loving him would have been ending his suffering not prolonging it. No wonder he cried in pain, laying on a hard, tile floor on newspaper. Couldn’t they have not given up a blanket or two for the dog to lay on at least?

This video had be in tears before it even hit the one minute mark. This is Ike. We found him on the side of the road as a puppy. His mom had been hit a car, and he was left starving, sick, and freezing (It was November in North East Ohio). We already had a dog and weren’t at all interested in having second, so we took him in and said that we would take care of him until we found someone who wanted him. About a day in, this little guy snuggled his way into my heart and has never left. If you want to own a dog, own a rescue and love it with all that you have. Too many dogs end up like Ol’ Boy. :(
