In a survey done by Today’s Dietitian and Pollock Communications, 500 Registered Dietitians were surveyed and came up with the following predictions for America’s nutrition trends this year. Whether or not these trends are nutritionally sound they are nutrition and foods trends that will influence food-purchasing and American’s diets in 2014.
Today I was reading my motivational email of the day (yeah I’m that girl) and one quote in it really stuck with me.
“You are the sum of the five people you spend the most time with.”
This made me think of the type of person that I want to be and what that would mean in terms of the people I spend my time with. I determined it can really be narrowed down to five people.
