“Amongst the dark trees lining the beaches of the Carolina’s we were seduced by the mysterious feelings of the location. As we worked I could feel the layers of the movie star image peel away and Antonio revealed a simple purity of a beautiful man.”

“The studio was set to give Keith the atmosphere of a stage, filled with hot lights, smoke and drink. Keith and I were moving and for one moment the smoke circled his forehead like an eye and then disappeared forever. Meet Keith Richards the man with the third eye, the icon of Rock & Roll.”

“Heath’s home was Australia and my idea was to build a sandy ground that we could work off of. Within seconds he went to his knees and poured the sand like an hourglass with a sort of melancholy that infused him and me. In time this photograph has come to represent a life that was fleeting.”
