As David examines the black nanoids on his finger, there is a tiny logo as part of his fingerprint.

It's the logo of the Weyland Corporation, the creators of David, and predecessors to the Weyland-Yutani corporation of the Alien franchise!

It's a tiny, throwaway detail, but a fascinating demonstration of just how much thought went into the film, despite some other issues.

That is some rather excellent work, film-makers.
