This list is incredibly misleading. Plenty of sugars occur naturally in foods (I'm looking at you, fruit) and are GOOD for you. We need a certain amount of sugar to perform our regular bodily functions. What this list should focus on is added sugars. Those are the ones that are bad for you and are making you fat.
