This season's “Desperate Housewives” focuses on Gabrielle's 4-year-old daughter's obesity. Madison De La Garza's portrayal of Juanita Solice is funny, compelling and relatable. But, De La Garza is also a real-life child whose appearance is the butt of a joke. Can she come out of this unscathed?
