A one-year-old in Saudi Arabia was found to have been born pregnant; the mother was pregnant with two fetuses but only one baby was born - with the other fetus inside of her. The medical condition is actually called fetus in fetu and it's kinda like in My Big Fat Greek Wedding when the aunt claims to have had a lump on her neck with teeth and a spinal column. The medical legitimacy hasn't stopped bloggers from jumping on this Photoshop opportunity.
