“Facesquatting” is the new term that has sprung up post-Facebook Land Grab 2009 (for the confused, I'm speaking of the Facebook Username selection that happened yesterday at midnight). It applies to those who have taken advantage of the username free-for-all to grab unusual (or branded) usernames — and often ones that aren't their own actual names. Buzzfeeders!
