I don't understand why people hate Iowa so much. It's an American state that while yes it does produce a lot of corn, it's still as technologically advanced as any other state. Just because Iowa doesn't have towns boasting millions of people doesn't mean it's a bad place. And people who say Iowa isn't liberal are absolutely ignorant. Visit Iowa City, probably one of the most liberal places, oh and Iowa has legalized gay marriage, can your state do that? There are hicks in any state, and being a hick doesn't mean you're an awful person, jeez i thought that being an American meant accepting people of all kinds. And people can't even accept people from a state in the United States, man we've got some issues here. I don't understand why people rip on Iowa so much, the school systems there are absolutely excellent, the people are friendly, and of course they provide you with food you dumbasses! You think people from Iowa are ignorant, well your comments have just proved how ignorant you all are.
