Scotland and England are independant countries? Was this made in the 1700’s? Also, no love for Wales or Northern Ireland?

The Baltic countries that were once part of the USSR aren’t mentioned either.

I always loved the Animaniacs. In fact, the theme song is my ringtone. However, the cartoon I got the most out of is when Schoolhouse Rock’s “We the People” taught me the preamble of the Constitution, LOL.

I learned to sing this from memory in 1:55. It was a great party trick.

Loved the Animaniacs, but this old person learned his countries from Carmen Sandiego.

The amount of people taking this seriously is funnier that the actual clip.

I actually learned to sing this to help teach my niece geography. She giggled.

I forgot how much I learned from this show. I used the presidents song with my students last year.

To everyone talking about how inaccurate it is: Really? You mean a children’s cartoon from the 90s isn’t accurate, especially in the present day? Who could’ve guessed! I’m surprised no one mentioned how, on the map, Russia still controls Turkestan, Kazakhstan, etc.

Interesting that they made Korea one country. Also Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia don’t exist anymore.
