"Welcome To Fear City" Was The Scariest 1975 Tourist Guide To NYC

This pamphlet tells you everything you need to know about visiting the Big Apple. Whatever you do, DON'T GO TO BROOKLYN.

This pamphlet was distributed by the Council for Public Safety in 1975. It outlined essential safety tips for visitors to New York City. Sorry. I mean FEAR CITY.

Better not make any plans past 6 p.m., otherwise you're definitely dead.

Don't take the subway; do NOT go to Brooklyn, the Bronx, or any other borough; and definitely don't load up your car trunk in public.

And of course, trust NO ONE and try not to get burned to death. Otherwise, good luck and have a great stay!
