Its not Carly!!! Ted has met her, so he cant “meet” her again. I surprised theres nothing on here about “Bump Girl” from the St Patricks Day episode- if we are going to with its someone who is on the show, that is the best most reasonable theory.  I also kind of always think he is telling a story about the dead mother, and he will be with Robin in the future hahaha…I just cant give up the dream lol
