Three sisters in Kitchener, Ontario said they were recently told to put shirts on by a cop during a shirtless bike ride.
Over in Kelowna, B.C. a woman said an RCMP officer told her to cover up at a beach.

Bare breasts are not specifically listed as indecent in Canada's criminal code and court cases in Ontario, Saskatchewan, and B.C. have determined there's nothing offensive about a female nip or two.
