Well, Kim recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live and explained that she knew well before the 72-day mark.

WWHL host Andy Cohen asked Kim about the short marriage and she explained, "At the time I thought, Holy shit, I'm 30 years old. I better get this together, I better get married."

She went on to explain that she thinks a lot of women go through what she went through. "They freak out thinking they're getting old and think they have to figure it out, and all their friends are having kids. So it was more of that situation."

And then Kim dropped a major bomb and explained that she knew her marriage was over on the honeymoon.
