The State can’t ban a business based on the personal beliefs of its CEOs, regardless of what these beliefs may be. They may support anti-gay causes but this is violating the constitutional rights of the CEOs. I understand that intolerance should not be tolerated but the State has no business doing this. If homosexuals were banned from the restaurants just because of their sexual orientation, then things would be different.

Richard Parker 10 months agoActually, whenever a new business tries to start a new location, there is always discussion on the part of the mayor, city council, and often community groups about whether or not this business would be beneficial. This is no different. The mayor of Boston has stated his opinion, and he does not feel a company like Chick-fil-A has a place in his city.
