The Good Olympic Theme Song Is By A London Grime Rapper

Dizzee Rascal's "Scream" rocks pretty hard, and will get you pumped up. Isn't that what an Olympic theme is all about?

There are five official London Olympics songs, but Dizzee Rascal's "Scream" is easily the best.

Dizzee Rascal, who came to fame a little less than a decade ago with his banger "Fix Up, Look Sharp," walks the delicate line between inspiration and kitsch while demonstrating some of the frenetic energy that characterizes his rhymes. The video mixes live footage of Rascal with clips from Rocky, and there's nothing wrong with that.

It also shines even more when compared with the other four official Olympic songs of the London 2012 Games, which include a jaw-droppingly terrible effort from English mope-majesties Muse. And, interestingly: I think the chorus plays off of My Chemical Romance's "SING." If you had money on My Chemical Romance influencing a 2012 Olympics theme song, please collect your winnings.
