Metta World Peace Has Fighting Words For James Harden And Co.

Metta, are you really in the position to be calling James Harden a "substitute?"

After dispatching the Denver Nuggets in a Game 7 that most observers never expected, the Los Angeles Lakers are headed into Oklahoma City to face a Thunder team that's been resting for almost a week now. Part of the reason why L.A. was able to put away the Nuggets last night had to do with the return of Metta World Peace, who spent seven games riding the pine for his elbow to the face of OKC's James Harden.

Needless to say, there's some bad blood between these two franchises — World Peace gave Harden a concussion, and Harden, a fan favorite, is also one of the team's most productive, exhilarating players. Still, the combination of disdain and delusion in Metta's recent comments is surprising, even for him.
