You know how sometimes people ask you to "hang out" and you're like, Is this or isn't this a date??? Well, celebrities are not immune to that same cringeworthy experience — including Nicole Kidman and Jimmy Fallon.
Years ago, Nicole was into Jimmy and had their mutual friend call him up to arrange for them to "hang out." Jimmy was completely oblivious, and thought she came to chat about a movie.
And he had no idea what was going on.
And Nicole was like, What is this idiot doing, I thought we were ~hanging out~.
And so she was like, Yep, he definitely doesn't like me.
But Jimmy had no idea she was even into him 😕.
So she was like ~whatever~ and gave up.
And now he has to live the rest of his life knowing he blew his chance to date Most Beautiful Person in the World alum Nicole Kidman.
It's OK, Jimmy, we've all been there.
I am so embarrassed.
