I was a vegetarian for seven years and due to the lack of variety and convenience I gave it up. Recently I came to the realization that I can eat meat a little and be satisfied but still remain mostly vegetarian. This works for me. I don't feel the need to identify myself as a flexitarian, however, if this becomes a trend and gets the world to eat less meat overall then I'm all about it. Yay vegetables!
